Serpa is a professional company. They answered all of our questions, provided a quote and shingle samples, and gave us a fair price. It was a big job, but the crew handled it very well and worked quickly through very cold weather. They cleaned up after themselves as well. We couldnâ t be more pleased with the new roof and the professional service. We will work with Serpa again in the future.

The Team at Serpa was easy to work with. Renaldo was a gentleman. A man of his word, often hard to come by in the contracting business. He was always available for communication. Some variations were made during the project and no issues arose. A roof, deck, stairs and railings were replaced along with other cosmetic exterior upgrades. We hired Ronaldo from Serpa Home Improvement to reside our house with James Hardie lap siding and replace a custom French doors to our deck. It was the biggest project we have ever done and we are so glad we went with Ronaldo. His guys came everyday and worked long hours to get my project completed in about 3.5 weeks. My reason to hire Ronaldo is because heâ s listed on the Hardie website as a certified installer. When I observed his guys working, they did everything to James hardieâ s specs such as installing flashing in every butt joint, sealing every cut with paint, leaving proper gap from chimney/roof line, nailing the siding to studs, caulking the right places, etc. My wife is designer and wanted the trim for the windows, doors and dormers to be done a certain way. She showed Ronaldo her mock-ups and his guys were very meticulous and able to build them exactly to her drawings! If you are considering installing hardie or have anything done to your house, I highly recommend Serpa Home Improvement!

Iâ m very happy with the work done by Sherpa Home Improvement. They installed vinyl siding and replaced 6 windows and did a great job. You will NOT be sorry or broke if you hire Serpa! Seriously they were exceptional! I am in construction , have been for 33+ years, contractors used to care about quality but believe me NO more. They just want to cash the check and move on! Not Ronaldo and Serpa. They were at job site EVERY DAY! They cleaned up EVERY day! They went above and beyond any expectations I had! Canâ  t say enough about them! Honestly I could not have picked a better less expensive contractor if I triedâ ¦and I do not did not know them.
