Handyman Connection of South Shore

We had Zach replace a sliding patio door and a front storm door. The work was completed timely, neatly and all clean up was done by Zach. We are very happy with the work and will use Handyman again in the future.

Jon did an excellent job on replacing our garage door frame. He came on time and finished with quality work.

I did not want to write a review. The employees and staff I dealt with were good. The new owner, from what I understand, has very little knowledge and is not qualified, in my opinion. NO people skills at all!! I needed 38 sq. feet of tile installed. 38 12inch by 12inch, that's it. It looked terrible. I called him and talked. About half way through I told him he needed to look at it. He kept talking without even seeing it. When he did come by he did not have much comment and said he isn't a tile layer. Don't have to be to see the outcome. He sent guys over here three times to try to make it look right. Still a bad job. I said I need the old demoed tiles taken and, if you can believe it, he said they do not take old tiles because of weight and he pays by weight for his dumpster and would cost extra. This was not included in estimate. I have spent more time and money than he did on the job. This review is no reflection on others. Owner only. STAY AWAY!!!

I used Handyman Connection to tear down an old front porch and build a new one. They were great! Completed the project within a week. Devin was very professional and clearly explained the construction options. Reasonable price. I would certainly use them again!

GREAT - they were exactly what I had imagined. The carpenter was very particular and detail oriented. I appreciate the way he worked with crooked lines to make the lockers appear uniform and straight. I would use them again in a heart beat! Thank you!

Handyman Paul Thibeault failed to come on the day promised and left a mess to clean up. The actual tire work, however, is satisfactory.

This is the third time that I have used this company. It is perfect for the small to midsized jobs that you don't have the time or skills to do. Everyone that I have dealt with, from the person who schedules the appointments to the handymen, are courteous and thorough. They arrive on time, stay within the written estimate, do a quality job, and back up their work with a written guarantee.

THE PRICE WAS ABOUT DOUBLE WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN, FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT WAS DONE. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS ABOUT AVERAGE, I GUESS, BUT THE PAINT DID START CHIPPING IN SOME AREAS. I WOULD SAY HE WAS NOT VERY RELIABLE.

THE SIDING LOOKS REALLY GOOD ON MY HOUSE AND I REALLY LIKE HOW IT TURNED OUT. I HAD MY DOUBTS WHEN THEY STARTED WORKING, BUT EVERYTHING TURNED OUT OK IN THE END.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY DID. ALSO, THERE MUST HAVE BEEN SOME SORT OF A MISUNDERSTANDING AS TO WHAT DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME. THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB ON THE WINDOW, BUT I DON'T THINK I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I AM OLDER AND HAVE FOUND THIS COMPANY TO BE A GREAT ASSET. THEY ALWAYS SEND ME THE BEST PEOPLE TO HELP ME WITH ODD JOBS. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND WILLING TO DO WHAT I NEED DONE.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR.
