It was shocking to read comments of one unsatisfied customer, but there's always someone scamming and trying to take advantage of small business owners. Like a Karen who refuses to pay for food she ate, some people can't be pleased. Haters hate but my pavers look great. Our experience with Technites was excellent and our patio created a beautiful and welcoming outdoor living space that we love to use year round. I highly recommend using this friendly and hard working couple. They worked long hours in brutal heat and gave us a great price. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

Dear Derek R. We also hired Jerome and Patty for a large job including a patio about 700 sq ft, a large circular patio with a fire place and a sitting wall and a walk way. We found both Jerome and Patty to be professional, honest and hard working. Our patio came out beyond our expectations. Our neighbors could not believe how hard they worked on 90 degree days plus pouring rain. This job was a large job and was completed in a timely manner at an incredible price. We had a great experience with technites and would highly recommend them for any size job.

They were extremely accommodating, the work was outstanding, they are some of the most pleasant people we have had work in our home, were transparent about their scheduling needs, then stuck to their commitments, and otherwise just did everything right. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anybody!

Hired this company to do a large patio. Once they got my money they move at a snails pace and showed up only on some weekends with a child.They put a hole in my water supply to the pool that i had to pay to repair. I was told that they would remove my coping but didn't so i paid for that as well. Project started in march and completed last day of July. I have called for repair of areas that were not finished and have not heard back from them yet...Its been 3weeks. I will be filing with the BBB and going to small claims court for funding to repair this hack job......Buyer Beware-----worst experience ever. Feel free to call with any questions

I liked Jerome and Patty even before they started the work as they were always quick in returning my calls and emails and did not mind me asking many questions. They are very reliable, organized, efficient and friendly. With new steps and walkway, our house now looks 10 times nicer! I highly recommend Technites.

Jerome, Patty, Keith did an AMAZING job on my back walkway. I am very happy and satisfied with the service they provided me with. They are very reliable, efficient, organized, very neat, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them will be using their service again in the near future. Thank You Thank You Thank You Update hired again 9/2021 Jerome and Patty returned again to my home to install my front walkway. Once again they were very professional, very reliable, efficient, organized, very neat and reasonable priced. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received!

Jerome and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with, highly professional and articulate. Gave us some great suggestions and we are happy with what he recommended. There were a couple of challenges, but he knew how to work through this. Came on the date as promised and worked diligently through the day and on the last day, stayed until 10 pm just to get the job done. After the job was completed, came the next day to inspect to make sure that that every stone was in the right place. Highly recommend Jerome, friendly, professional and have a beautiful patio that shows his quality of work.

Jerome was an absolute pleasure to work with on my backyard patio and walks. Work started when promised, just a week or so after getting my deposit, and was finished quickly, working under lights until 930 some nights. I made several changes during the course of the job that Jerome was happy to address at no cost or in one case for just an extra $100. I got several other estimates for this work that were either: a) Crazy expensive or b) Couldn't start work for months. I also had repair work on my front brick walk and stair that Jerome threw in at no extra cost to seal the deal. Great experience with Technites.

My new patio is gorgeous!!! The work done was exceptional and above and beyond my expectations. The communication was great with both suggestions and understanding of what I wanted.
