"I contacted Scott Harlow through Angi and I couldnâ t be more pleased with his work. Scott removed the old film on 15 of my sunroom windows and replaced it with new UV and heat retardant film. "Long delay between initial visit to measure the windows and the installation. The estimator was professional and friendly, the (young) installer was a little snarky, the silicone application a bit messy, the products used have a strong smell that spreads into the adjacent rooms, which we lessened by taping cardboard to the inside of the window frames. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. But overall a good value."
