"The provider came out to prepare my toilet because it was leaking in the basement. Overall, I thought the process went well. He could not get the valve beside the toilet to turn off so he turned off my main water valve to the house. He only opened up the faucet upstairs unit Downstairs unit was not open and my water heater, which is electric was not turned off now I m getting an alarm on my water heater saying it has been compromise.
