Tyler is very knowledgeable. We had to completely change out our toilet and he helped us purchase a non standard size toilet that will fit our bathroom. The job was done well.

He called day of scheduled service and said he was in an accident that morning and was on his way to the hospital for evaluation. He didn't know if he'd be able to make it to the appointment. I told him to call me and keep me aware of how he was/what he could do. I called him again in a few days and asked for status...haven't heard from him yet..totally unacceptable.

Tyler was extremely transparent, helpful and quick to action. I had a leak in my existing water heater and did not to waste any time. Tyler called me, and we were able to discuss this, and set up an appt the following Monday. He came, walked through what he was going to do, and completed the job in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend Tyler and Visionary Plumbing and plan on using them for any plumbing needs in the future.
