"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"Had some intermittent issues with gurgling from toilet for several years. Pedro gave me several options and decided on the high pressure flushing of main drain line to the town line which worked out great. A partial block was found. A follow up with a camera snake inspection found the line to be in decent shape for its 45 year age. More than satisfied with their professionalism performing the job and the clean up afterwards. "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
