"Joyce installed the system with new duct work, zoning, dampers, new furnace, A/C, and thermostats. They knew exactly what they were doing, installing the system as described and on time. During the 4 days of installation, management dropped by to make sure it was going well. They had all the right equipment and everything went as planned. No snags. These guys are real pros. I'd recommend them to anyone. I love my new Lennox HVAC system. My home finally is finally comfortable. The new system is also whisper quiet."

"Joe, the AirCo sales representative, was very professional. He actually asked for my feedback on priorities for a new boiler. This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"I've used this company for a few years, beginning with an issue I had where I needed some emergency assistance with an a/c system leaking water into the house. They fixed the issue and it cost far less than I thought it would. I've also used them for a couple heating repairs, annual furnace cleaning and a/c maintenance. I am about to hire them again since the a/c system is dying and it will need replacement since it's more than 20 years old. I would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to anyone in need of a good HVAC/Heating company."

"Our AC unit failed at the end of last season. Jason from Milltown came to our house to review our needs and made a recommendation to our satisfaction. I reviewed all of the data supplied and being an engineer I was totally satisfied with their recommendation. In addition the price was better than I expected. They came early this morning to install a new AC unit with a heat pump. Scott and Joe were are installers plus three others showed up later to support them. My wife and I are in our mid seventies on a fixed income. When our existing system failed and being confined to our home, we had our backs up against the wall. Milltown Plumbing & Heating respected who we are and bent over backwards to help us to have a comfortable home during this pandemic.
