Be careful. I called to have a radon mitigation system installed and the sales rep on the phone took down the information and scheduled the appointment. I was upfront about an interior drain being installed. When the technician arrived, he said he'd be happy to install the system, but that it would be worthless because of the interior drainage system. I then received a $200 invoice for the site visit. Frustrating scenario to have a sales rep schedule the appointment, knowing full-well that I had an interior drain, and then the technician tell me there's no point to install a mitigation system, but then charge me for the inconvenience of it all.

Arrived on time, discussed the placement of the system with me then professionally completed the work within the scheduled time frame.

The two techs were very professional and courteous. They installed a high performance radon fan and 3" pvc pipe with two different points of extraction in my basement. They had to work partially in a crawl space which made the install more difficult. They cleaned up all debris and left the work areas immaculate.

Phone sales support was outstanding. Got a quote fast, and had all my questions answered. Two techs showed up on time on the scheduled work day. They were friendly and efficient. They inspected all the areas and worked closely with me to ensure that the vent piping was done right. They had to do some digging around in attic insulation, and in the basement, to find the right areas to cut holes and run pipes. The job took about 6 hours. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, put attic insulation back in place, etc. After about six days of daily monitoring, it appears that the system is working remarkably well; an initial long term test before remediation showed basement radon levels above 6.5 pC/l. After remediation I'm measuring levels below 0.20 pC/l. The system is essentially noiseless. I couldn't be happier!

Showed up on time, performed a nice clean install, explained the whole system, and sealed off my sump pit. Very informative, professional and prompt. They offered a $100 discount for referral that I got from my real estate agent, and I could not have been happier with the work.

Gary, the install tech, was great. He arrived on time, was professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and I was satisfied. He installed a new radon pipe, and ensured the clamps were not directly against the house and the top of the pipe was properly away from the gutter. After the pipe was installed I noticed a rattling noise coming from the motor...Gary checked it and cleaned out debris multiple times until the noise was gone. You could tell Gary takes pride in his work and wanted to do the job right the first time (I feel like you don't see this very often). A job well done.

Excellent. In the midst of a busy work day, the members of the S.W.A.T. team quickly responded and replied back to the e mails that I sent them. They then took the time to follow up with a phone call. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a live, genuine ,thoroughly informed, professional human being, who took the time to listen, and who made the time to be kind and courteous enough to well inform me, answer all my questions, and alleviate any concerns. Excellent, Clyde the installer, called and was able to come earlier. Took him around 3 hours. Cleaned up afterwards, and explained how the system works. If I had any problems to call the company or him. It has been about a month and I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to others. Before installation readings were 5.9, after installation steady readings of 1.9.

The job was done by Tom, looks high quality. Tom reduced the cost further by noticing that I don't need a new Lexan cover for the sump pump and caulking the old one for me - $50 saved. I'll know in a few weeks if it actually reduced the radon level.

Excellent. Before the number was 7.8, which exceeds federal standards. After the install, the reading was .7, far below the min standard. Very neat install also. Highly recommended.

Excellent, they gave good advice, were professional, prompt and efficient. The technician located the mitigation system where it was convenient to a power source and where the piping would not stand out too much along the outside of the house.

Installed fast and neat. 

A problem arose when the exhaust motor was installed to close to the outside a/c unit.

The a/c techs couldn't service the unit.

After a few e-mails and photos to S.W.A.T. they sent the installer out and he corrected the problem to my satisfaction.

I was able to get a lower price with another radon company but S.W.A.T. matched that price and did the job faster.

the tech "mike" was extremely professional, courteous. He arrived on time went over the entire job requirements and completed a very satisfactory installation.

My radon system stopped functioning.  I contacted S.W.A.T, in large part, because of it's excellent reviews   I Initially,  received a very reasonable quote from Operations Manager Beck Hart for a new motor  if necessary.  A predecessor company had installed the system six years before.  I later found the original contract which warrantied the fan motor for seven years.  When I explained that to Becky, she checked and,a short time later,  immediately reduced the price to $149 for labor which was authorized in the original contract.   SWAT's Technician, Igor, arrived  on time  and not only replaced the motor but installed an additional section of pipe which the prior company should have, but did not, install.

UPDATE:  The radon system did not actually bring the Radon levels down.  They sent someone out who told me the first guy put the system in a less than optimal place.  The new person added another pipe, which did bring levels down marginally, but not to the level they guarantee.  They sent me another test.  It showed the radon levels going up.  They sent me another test (no call, no letter, no explanation).  I called them, I was assured a call back, which at this point has not happened.  This company is very happy to take your money - but thus far they have not stood behind their word.  

This is a truly appalling customer experience.
