Everything was explained to us so we understood what was to be installed and what what future services we would need (filter changes and when to expect the need to change filters). "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"I asked for a rep to come to give quotes for repair or replacement of my gas boiler. Before he came the old boiler failed, and Heritage was able to quickly install a new one so that we without heat and hot water for only a short time."
