I was massively overcharged. I called about low water pressure. I have well water and figured it was sediment or mineral buildup. Told them that on the phone. They installed a $44.00 part form Home Depo in less than 30 min and charged $645.00! When I asked how much it was for the part and how much for labor, he refused to itemize the bill. He asked me questions about where I worked before writing the bill. He said I was paying for his truck being filled with parts. I am not paying for him to be in business. I am disputing the charges.
