We were having so many issues with flooding and hard water. H20 Care came in found the issues and fixed them. We have not had any flooding issues since. We also decided to have a Reverse Osmosis System installed on our Well and let me tell you "BEST DECISION EVER" no more hard water, our skin is softer, the drinking water is crisp, clear and even tastes better. Ryan came to house and reviewed our needs and what was available. Everything was explained to us so we understood what was to be installed and what what future services we would need (filter changes and when to expect the need to change filters). The filter system was installed the next week and was done in a professional manner. We would definitely recommend them for water filtration needs.

The team is amazing. Formerly known as Atlas, H2O Care is professional and technical. I had many, many questions since I'm installing an new heating and hot water system. The newer technology is higher efficiency, so need to pay more attention to water quality. The tech team is fabulous, especially David who put up with my many, many questions. Highly recommended, especially in areas with very hard water.

We built a new house in Boxford and have well water. We were thrilled to move into our new home after 8 months of construction. To our dismay our well water smelled like Rotten Eggs. After a couple of attempts by our plumber to fix the problem the odors persisted. On the recommendation of water well provider we contacted H20 Care in Middleton. They came right out and within weeks had installed a water filtration system that fixed our problems. No more rotten egg smell! We have a beautiful new water system to match our home. The difference is incredible. I have yet to send in the water test post installation, but just by feel and taste I can tell there is a drastic difference. It wasn't a cheap project but I feel like I got what I paid for. Crew was professional and nice and the installation was tight and methodical - and that's what I wanted. I recommend with complete confidence.

Requested a quote. Site visit was performed and all questions were answered. AvanataPure Water Treatment System was installed. Backwash water drain was rerouted to gravel area instead of septic system, to meet new requirements. Work was well done. The copper piping work was like a work of art. The new system is much easier to work with than the 19 year old technology.

Requested a quote. Site visit was conducted. Received a quote for the work that met all of my requirements. AIRaider system was installed connected to our water treatment system and vented outside of house. Electrical connection to house service box was made. I was impressed with the detail and precision of the work. Followup questions I had on system operation when on generator were answered quickly and completely.

The water softener and RO drinking filter have been life changing. The service was fabulous. Their attention to detail made me feel safe about my drinking water. Whenever I have a question their service call center calls right back, or they send a technician for yearly servicing. It makes such a difference to never have to buy bottled water again. The clear water is a relief for my home fixtures and laundry as well. I liked the taste of the drinking water so much that I had H2O install an RO filter in my year round home as well as an alternative to drinking tap water. I enjoy avoiding all bottled water! I would highly recommend H2O Care.

Service tech was very nice - he explained his testing to me and performed the service without making a mess- cleaned up after himself. I felt very comfortable with him and that what was being done was protecting our home's water quality. Water tastes great and no chlorine or other stinky smells in the shower/bath water.
