"I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. "The work went fine. Eddie came on time to replace our outdoor water spigot and it worked well afterwards. We also asked him to return and install a new toilet for us in the downstairs bathroom. Again, he came on time, did the work, took away the old toilet and was very polite and helpful. He also installed a new indoor shutoff for the water supply to the house, and a new shutoff valve at the new toilet. We had a small problem with the toilet later, but, again, Eddie set up a time to come back, arrived on time, and fixed the problem quickly and cheerfully. He is very capable and easy to deal with and we are pleased with the work he did."
