"John and his team were awesome! We hired them to complete a full cleanup of shrubs and bushes, flowers, weeding, and mulching. We had just bought the house from someone who let the outdoors go, so getting a fresh start was well worth it. John was very kind and upfront and transparent with everything concerning pricing, services, and kept us in the loop during the whole cleanup process. Boyd was much more reasonably priced than competitors, but we believe that did not take away from the quality services that we received. Thank you!"

Need your house or roof pressure washed? House and Roof washing professionals since 2004 located in Westford, MA servicing Middlesex and Essex counties. We will text and/or call you right away with an estimate and date for service. Fully insured.
"I scheduled an appointment with East Coast Powerwash, and we agreed on a specific time. They texted the day before asking to come early, but I confirmed I?d only be home at the original time?they agreed. Despite that, they showed up early and attempted to access my fenced backyard without permission while I was not home, which was concerning given my dogs reaction to strangers. Fortunately, I had secured them in the house. When they returned later, I explained that they were early and should not have entered my yard without permission due to the dogs. The rep declined the job, citing my dogs and some rocks near one of 4 gates. I explained the dogs were secured and other gates were clear, but he?d made up his mind. His response felt unprofessional and childish. Thankfully, another company stepped in the same day and did a great job. I wouldn?t recommend East Coast due to poor communication and customer service."

"For the first 2 years, their M.O. is to communicate mostly through their online portal and email. Face-to-face communication is not something that they regularly schedule and asking them to do this has been met with no communication. In the first 2 jobs, their work was 'fine' for what they did with the exception that they didn't do what I asked and had to come back again to fix things (though they made some cuts on bushes that they were asked NOT to cut). This year, I tried again to communicate with them, but they were open to the job only through email and their portal. My attempts to speak with them were met with, literally, 'You should find someone else to do the work'. This year's job included 2 houses - one for my brother-in-law who is very ill and can't do the work he typically does himself. I thought that Twins Lawn Service would be more willing to at least do that job (a very small one), but again - they wouldn't even schedule it since I asked that they speak with me directly to understand the job. Buyer beware; call them at your own risk; I won't do that again!"
