Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I had an install of a water heater, installation went well and I was satisfied albeit a bit surprised at the 3k cost. The installation occurred in June '23, fast forward to March '24 no hot water, I found if I bang the back of the thermostat it would trigger and I'd get hot water, contacted DR O'Keefe and was told he'd get the warranty replacement, I waited 7 days with no contact until i finally reach out, immediately responds and says I need to contact the manufacture to get a replacement or pay for a new thermostat out of pocket, after sitting on hold with the manufacturer for 15 minutes I finally hung up and just ordered it myself as at this point I had no hot water and no assistance from the company I paid $3000.00, less then 9mths before, so i took care of it myself.

"Bob, Sorry you had an issue with the manufacture in getting the parts. You should have been able to get the thermostat needed through the customer care contact. Unfortunately I as the installer do not warranty the water heater for defects. In order to obtain parts under the warranty you have to go through the manufacturer direct. Don - Donald O'Keefe"

Tankless Water Heater Installation
Don did very nice job installing hot water tank. But he did not respond post installation questions and completion. We asked him to come back for small fixtures installation and still waiting on his response. Thank you!

He is the most dishonest person I ever met in my life. I sent him a check 2 weeks later he called he said he never received it, I sent him a another check He cashed both of my checks and when I called him he said he has to wait until he gets clear from his bank. That took 10 days than he said he mailed the check to me I never received it. I called him a week later he said he was coming to finish the job and he decided to bring the check with him In the mean time I have been waiting a month . He came in but he made the problem worst and he took $200 from me . Now I lost total $575 and my faucet is not fixed Never hire him !!!! Terrible job and terrible company

"The customer was informed at the original visit the faucet was no good and needed to be replaced. She wanted to move forward with the repair after being informed of this issue. The faucet was repaired with quality parts from a manufacture that is out of business. 3 weeks later the customer calls and says the faucet is dripping again. We went there again with new replacement parts and the customer knowing there would be a charge for parts and labor. The Customer was informed of this at the original visit. There was no warranty by the manufacture as they are out of business. We were upfront and honest with customers through out the project."

Tankless Water Heater Installation
The kitchen was also renovated as well, new gas stove, sink, disposal, and dishwasher. A lot of plumbing work was required. Don and Ryan did a great job and all for a reasonable cost. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work also on time.
