"I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. These guys were right on the ball from the start. Spent a lot of time going over the different stoves and options that go with them all. The installation was scheduled and went very well. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. "The work went fine. Eddie came on time to replace our outdoor water spigot and it worked well afterwards. We also asked him to return and install a new toilet for us in the downstairs bathroom. Again, he came on time, did the work, took away the old toilet and was very polite and helpful. He also installed a new indoor shutoff for the water supply to the house, and a new shutoff valve at the new toilet. We had a small problem with the toilet later, but, again, Eddie set up a time to come back, arrived on time, and fixed the problem quickly and cheerfully. He is very capable and easy to deal with and we are pleased with the work he did."

"Jason and Noah did a great job replacing the old knob and tube wiring and installing a three-way switch on a dark flight of stairs. They worked on our project from start to finish, without interruption, which we greatly appreciated. They did a good job patching the holes they had to make in walls and ceilings in order to run the new wires. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day and stored their tools out of the way in our basement overnight. At the end of each day, Jason gave us a walk-through of the progress he and Noah had made during the day. He had a positive, professional, "can-do" approach to the work and challenges of the project."

Plumber showed up on time and did the moving. and came in the next day and moved things back in and replaced rusty bolts etc.It may not sound like much but I was very grateful to this company for coming out and doing a quick job.
He was very pleasant and explained things but got the job done and didn't linger.
Very professional and courteous.
