Just today received the paperwork for rebates. Process took longer than expected but our heat and hot-water was not interruptrd for more than 8 hrs. Scheduling was complicated due to provider being in high-demand. High-quality employees; work full days; don't waste time. Remains to be seen if we will save money on utilities."
