"The response was very quick, within 24 hours a tech (Everardo) arrived on site. He identified a defective capacitor and installed a new one which restored our central air. We also had a diverter in zone 2 that stopped working. Everardo checked the wiring and system for defects. He isolated a defective motor. My system is 17 years old old so that particular motor was no longer manufactured. A new compatable diverter module was ordered and installed the following day. The bill was very reasonable and the service was quick and efficient due in no small part to an excellent technician."
