"Bob did everything just right. He answered my emails timely and provided ample detail as to how he works, his billing, and his schedule. Once we discussed the projects to be done, Bob let me know his availability. He texted the night before he was to arrive and then again in the morning. Once at my house, we walked through the projects, and he set to work. Bob brings a well stocked van so he never had to go back to the shop to get something.
