Allen and Mike visited us, took the necessary measurements and suggested how we could also add a cabinet in another part of the kitchen to compensate for the loss of storage space because of the oven. He came up with a unique solution that not only replaced the shelves but also resulted in smoother operation. He also replaced an exterior screen door that had been damaged by a wind storm. Because of the age of the house, the available doors were too large to fit the existing opening. Once again Bob was able to design a solution to custom fit the door. They cleanup up every day and the final cleanup was spotless. Communications and customer interaction was also top notch. This started with the initial sales and planning right up through the final cleanup. They were never too busy to answer a question or explain what they were doing. This was not a small job.- 18 custom cabinets, 8 floor cabinets, 2 lazy Susanâ s, a built-in desk, 15 drawers, an island, and a new refrigerator enclosure. Nothing appeared to be a problem for them. "This year we got our kitchen cabinets repainted, added backsplash and re-tiled or half bath and a couple of years back we got our home painted (interior)with him as well. Both the times Cassio and his team were professional and hardworking all of their work was finished on time as promised without any compromise. The end result looked fabulous it almost feels like we got a new kitchen. One thing to note is if you need to add tiles, i believe he has only one resource available to do the work & who maybe available only on weekends (at least that's how it was for us) so the work might take some additional time to complete. But don't let that deter you since the resource is extremely good at his work. Sorry i forgot his name. We added 3-d tiles to our backsplash and a regular design tile for our half bath."
