"Bob repaired a broken kitchen drawer, upgraded two others and added much needed hardware to my kitchen cabinets. He responded very timely to my initial email, which I very much appreciated. Bob contacted me when he was able to come out and arrived when expected. His work and attention to detail is excellent! "The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"US Propaint and Renovation did a great job to make our kitchen bigger, install new flooring to bring everything to one level and refinish the existing flooring to make everything blend together seamlessly. It was Jr, who was the manager of the project. He knew what to do and he coordinated teams specializing in carpentry, painting, floor installation and floor refinishing. There were no delays. Very happy with bigger kitchen and beautiful floor ! Thank you very much!"

"This year we got our kitchen cabinets repainted, added backsplash and re-tiled or half bath and a couple of years back we got our home painted (interior)with him as well. Both the times Cassio and his team were professional and hardworking all of their work was finished on time as promised without any compromise. The end result looked fabulous it almost feels like we got a new kitchen. One thing to note is if you need to add tiles, i believe he has only one resource available to do the work & who maybe available only on weekends (at least that's how it was for us) so the work might take some additional time to complete. But don't let that deter you since the resource is extremely good at his work. Sorry i forgot his name. We added 3-d tiles to our backsplash and a regular design tile for our half bath."

"Charlie and his team exceeded our expectations in design, quality, speed, and value. Our new kitchen is beautiful, functional, has no doubt added to the value of our house. We have dealt with builders,contractors, home handymen over the years and CC Woodcrafters of New England outshines them all. All of their craftsmen went the extra mile to make sure their work was perfect to the eye and structurally sound. Of course, nothing goes perfectly in remodeling a kitchen. There are many unseen and unknown things along the way. Charlie gave us fair warning.....and helped resolve them all to our satisfaction. In addition, when working on a project that involved several companies working in concert, Colleen, the Project Coordinator saw to it that the project ran smoothly and was on on site when necessary. Cheryl, Design & Sales Consultant, helped us select from the many choices of cabinets, colors, hardware, and all the other things that I thought would be overwhelming."

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Mr DeVaux did an excellent job on the finish carpentry work, painting and staining on a stain glass window frame install in an existing wall. The mitered corners had no gaps. Even though the job requirements changed somewhat there were no additional charges. I plan to hire him again on additional projects."
