"Mr. Phalan took care of a tricky repair to an old style solid wood exterior door on a 2nd floor deck. The door was quite heavy and had several glass panels in it, too. Bob quickly rebuilt the busted hinge and had the old door working “better than new”, in about 30 minutes. Quick and clean job!"

"The job couldn't have gone more smoothly. April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."

"This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to put an addition on. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves!
