"Wow! Unbelievable! If we ever have a water problem again, Pioneer will be the only waterproofing company that we call. We were getting some water in our basement which has a stack-stone foundation and radiant floor heating. We interviewed three companies and were particularly concerned about a solution that would stop the water without compromising the radiant tubes that were in the floor. Initially, Pioneer recommended a baseboard system that would run along the outside of the wall. Upon inspection, Mike Oliveira discussed a traditional drain to sump pump solution. We reiterated our concern about puncturing a tube in the floor and Mike assured us that he and his team would hand chisel potential problem areas to avoid the tubing. Moreover, this solution would save us roughly $2K and give us a lifetime guarantee vs. a 25 year guarantee on the baseboard system. The team showed up on time, cleared a 50' span of concrete by Noon, uncovered two sections of radiant tubing without puncturing the line, installed the moisture barrier, sump pump and new concrete by 4 p.m. They had to drill through a hefty header board to connect the pump line to an existing drainage line that carries water away from home and that was completed by 5:30 p.m. Mike came back in a week and we tested the fix using free-flow from our sprinkler system -- it worked perfectly. But, because Corey had to bring a bigger machine and stay longer than Clayton had estimated, I was sure it was going to be astronomical. Corey said he would figure it out! When he told me the price I could hardly believe my ears. It was half of what I had anticipated! I was thinking about $1,000- $1200! I can't begin to explain how relieved I was.. I would like to say both Clayton and Corey could not have been nicer. Very mannerly, friendly, and polite. When Corey left, everthing was cleaned up! No sewage anywhere. And another thing that I thought was extraordinary, was how unafraid they were of my two pittbulls. They petted them and Corey even told them to stay when they tried to follow him out the door. LOL! And they, listened! I have found my company should I need any future help. It's good to know that there is someone out there who is professional, knowledgeable, and who charges fair prices. It wasn't cheap, but I believe it could have been a lot higher. Family members also thought the price was good. It started out as a bad day, but I had a smile on my face when Corey left!"

New PVC to the sewer line, new extra tap for the vent I'll need next year, re-routed old drains to not only look better, but everything is now tighter-knit and well-organized.
