606 Bay State Pump called me in response to an online service request. During the call, the Bay State Pump representative diagnosed the problem - a simple switch reset. Didn't cost me a penny, and my pump was working again. Next time I have a problem that needs service, they will get my business.
This is a dishonest company! Buyer Beware, called to have 1000 gallon septic tank pumped. They came here and was here 10 mins start to finish and charged full price. There is no way my septic tank even was close to needing a pump but they still charged me full price. This is dishonest...
