The faucet install required removal of an old faucet from a pedestal sink, the whole thing had to be taken apart and re-installed carefully; Joe (and Kyle/apprentice) did a tremendous job. They also fixed a leaking drain pipe from the bathtub, replaced a pressure gauge, capped a gas line, fixed 3 leaking valves, and replaced my old water booster pump with a new pump that required a slightly different hook up; all done with quality and professionalism. He was very flexible and attentive to what we wanted. We wanted heat pumps that would be efficient at low temperatures, so he searched for and found the right hardware for us. He worked closely with us to build the system that we wanted. Bill originally thought we would be without a heat for a week, but he figured out how to do all the preliminary work in advance, so he could get the old equipment out and the new equipment in within a day.
