Owner and technician, Brian Angelo, has 25+ years of experience in service & repair of all major appliances, including heating and air conditioning units. The initial service charge fee is $69 (15 min diagnostic)followed by $40/hour labor fee. He is EPA certified and a member of the Professional Servicemen's Association. We hope you will give us the opportunity to fufill your service & repair needs.

Brian is incredible. Yale Appliance declared my six year old Thermador range unrepairable and I was woefully shopping for a replacement when I received the recommendation to call Brian. He was fast, fair, and ingenious in saving my range. And the fee was so fair … he saved the day.

I bought cabinets here years ago but I wanted to make a comment about Brian and his character. Totally unrelated to appliance service but speaks to the character of the man. I lost an envelope of cash in Big Y recently. I was a wee bit frantic not knowing where I could have lost it. I finally remembered going into shop. Dejectedly, I called Big Y and yes they did have it !! turned by none other than Brian Angelo. Who does that ? Thanks Bro your a good man. A little something coming your way . Bless

Brian called me and gave me some things to check before asking him to possibly come for a check. He did indicate that given the age of the machine, if the problem is what he thinks, we would be better off replacing the machine. I really liked his candor and lack of a hard sell and I will definitely look to him for future work.

Awesome! Brian was able to address our leaky fridge quickly all the while explaining what was going on and why. Very professional, kind and thorough! We still have an ice maker issue but Brian texted after hours to let us know he would be by another day to address after researching what could be the possible issue! A true professional and worth every penny! Highly recommend for your repairs.
