They also fixed a leaking drain pipe from the bathtub, replaced a pressure gauge, capped a gas line, fixed 3 leaking valves, and replaced my old water booster pump with a new pump that required a slightly different hook up; all done with quality and professionalism. I waited a few weeks for this work, but it was worth it; plumbers, electricians are very busy right now. Joe was also right up-front with his schedule, which was good to know from the start. Added heat pump for heat and AC in our house addition which has no basement and is raised 6 feet off ground on columns. Installation began the first week of November and completed 12/14. Just today received the paperwork for rebates. Process took longer than expected but our heat and hot-water was not interruptrd for more than 8 hrs. Scheduling was complicated due to provider being in high-demand. High-quality employees; work full days; don't waste time. Remains to be seen if we will save money on utilities."
