Very unprofessional. Very responsive up until payment. After having been paid (23K), they stopped returning my calls and answering emails. The company volunteered to submit the rebate on my behalf and forgot to do so. Onlyy after 2 months from the install, I received an email saying I should submit the rebate my self. I could have 2+ months on receiving my rebate money if it weren't for them, and avoided a lot of headaches. Additionally, when double checking what was paid, the company acknowledged a miscalculation on their end showing I had overpaid (nothing significant, just 50$). I have asked them to send me a check for the amount owed to me, and they have been ignoring my calls. I would not recommend this company

"Its extremely unfortunate that it has come to this we really enjoyed working with [Member Name Removed]. But unfortunately he is leaving out some major facts. -Rebate Submission The rebate wasn't submitted in a timely fashion due to the fact that [Member Name Removed] wasn't providing us with the correct whole home verification form. After receiving the second incorrect form, we final decided to fill out the form correctly for him to sign and get back to us. During this time Mass Save was undergoing updating there rebate process where they would like to have the homeowners submit rebates going forward. We still assisted [Member Name Removed] and filed the rebate for him August 30th 2023. - Lack of communication Due to the time of year and the influx in sales we were inundated to max capacity. This is being address as we just hired a new admin position for client success. -Accounting Error A check was mailed to [Member Name Removed] for $50 the mount he overpaid"

The pro heat crew came and installed two mini splits for me the were worked fast and even gave me a demonstration of how all the settings on remotes work!! I would strongly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Installing the system went very smoothly and quickly. The installer and electrician did a great job and were very professional. I love my A/C system and it also has a heating system that I use all the time as well. This is very effective! I would recommend hiring this company again for future work.
