I am a loyal customer. They originally replaced my heat pump 3-4 years ago, and they were by far the most responsive, professional, and honest company I spoke to. I requested a maintenance check-up, and they were still great! I won’t use anyone else! If anyone in my complex says they need HVAC service/install, I always recommend them!

Based on my research Mitsubishi two zone heat pump systems was rated all over the country as the top system. The following is some comments on the process for the installation of the system. Every one that we interfaced from Casey were polite, patient, knowledgeable and steady hard workers. They also answered any Questions we had about the System. This includes: Sales, Installers, Electricians, Technician Starting system and giving us operational instructions. The owner of Casey should be proud of his crew. Casey also took care of submitting the Mitsubishi 12 year Warranty and Casey 5 year installation Warranty. Casey handled and submitted the rebate documents. Original appointment window was 10 AM - 12 PM. Noon comes and goes with no word from the company. I called and left a message since there was no answer. I emailed and after a wait, I am told that they are behind schedule but they are still coming, and will update me when a tech is on the way. Well, three and a half hours later, I am emailed and told that there is finally a tech on they way. I asked if they delay was typical and the answer I was given was that "sometimes thing happen." No apology, no phone call, no consideration. I missed an entire day of work waiting for this technician to show up, and the company couldn't even deign to apologize for their extreme tardiness. The teach finally arrives, only to tell me that he can't do service an oil furnace. This company was a complete waste of time and a source of frustration.

The air conditioning system doesn't work without the condensers working and he has not come out to install them. He keeps putting it off and I have been burning up in my home and I cannot stay in my own home, because we cannot get him to come out and finish the work.

There was not a single item that they installed or built correctly. From mixing up compressors for upper and lower levels, to putting too many ducts with poor airflow.... the list can go on. Cost me a lot to fix structural problems in the system that they built.

They were reluctant to fix anything at my warranty requests and, in fact, were not able to once I convicted them to come out.

After many communications, I find David Casey to be a rude, crude and unprofessional person.

Lastly, then my furnace went out after two years, they refused to service it for the following reason: "We are too busy, find someone else"

To conclude, I suggest to anyone to stay away from this poorly run company.

To be honest he is a good guy, and he did the work, he has just over extended.  We got him back a couple of times to fix a couple of things.  He is like a one man operation.  It is like a team of a couple of guys, we were initially were to go with them but there was somebody else was there with whom we had talked to and that guy has since gone and I think this guy is the owner and he is good but he is bit scattered.  He means well, he is a conscientious guy but he is just over extended.

David, Mark and the team were fantastic. They were always professional, knowledgable and prompt. The estimate was concise, accurate and the timing was as promised. They cleaned up and were always aware of safety. I would highly recommend this company. They were great to work with and provided the references I requested.

Overall, I was very happy with the job from start to finish.  It was a little disappointing when I read on-line to expect to pay at least $400 for the part, and then when it was found the part was completely covered by warranty, that the price was only reduced by $115.  I also read it should take only 3 to 4 hours to complete, so the price seemed a little steep. However, I'm sure the part didn't magically appear in his hands. So, he either must've already had the part on hand (a big plus, in my book, worthy of a few extra bucks) or had to spend extra time to obtain it, so it only seems reasonable to expect extra time for that as well as performing the replacement itself.  I was unable to get a comparison estimate as it appeared no one else was interested in doing the job once they found out the part was covered. Another plus. He was there, in communication with me, ready & willing to do the job so I went for it.

He answered the phone right away when I first called & communication from there was good. He went out right away & came fast with an estimate. I got delayed a bit & he let me know when he would be available to do the work. He never bugged me in the meantime, and when I did call to schedule the work, he was able to fit me in within a quick time frame. He handled all of the warranty without any further input from me. He showed up when he said he would & got us back up & running very quickly. I will call them again when the need arises. They seem very dependable.

Dave Casey sent over a great team of HVAC guys that knew their stuff. They installed all the venting throughout the house and zoned it for 2 separate areas. Each one of the crew was knowledgeable in HVAC work and answered every question I had. The structure was new construction, so they had to strategically place the vents and was very professional in installing the gas furnace. The A/C unit was also installed (but not yet used... at least not until next summer). They were very meticulous in their work and sealed everything properly to pass an Energy Star house rating test. Even when they forgot to put the grill on one vent, we called them and they came out right away to install it without any problems. Very responsive. We couldnt be happier with their work and would absolutely recommend them 100%. Disclosure: amount spent is not known and the price of their work was included in the finishing of our newly constructed house. Great sub.
