He's also experienced and knowledgeable, and gave some important advice on keeping my pellet stove and exhaust system clean and running. (I have a built-in 25' firebrick chimney flue that I use with the stove, and the flue liner was NOT being cleared by the stove company's annual service, though I hadn't realized this.) After a 2-1/2 hour cleaning, the stove runs like new now, and burns the fuel cleanly again! He also provides other chimney maintenance services, which I will use."
