The workers came right on time and they were very good they were speedy kind and explain ed everything that they were going to do and asked if I have any questions and I sad no so they went to work . The work was done in great time and when I looked at the finished job I could not believe the finished work I was amazed of the finished job. I would hire this company anytime and I highly recommend it for anyone. Awesome team.

I also hired his team to fix my back brick Latin that was constantly caving in. He came in with a team and rip up all the caving bricks - applied concrete and relaid all the bricks - job well done and timely.

Concrete Foundation Repair
I required some repairs to the masonry of a granite and cinderblock foundation. James is pleasant, clearly explains the work that he intends to do, and shows the results when finished. He fit my work into his schedule and his crew completed all the repairs within a few days. He and his crew removed all the debris when finished. He also adjusted his schedule to address some additional repairs that were previously unnoticed. I highly recommend James and his company.

Very professional. Did a complete inspection before giving an estimate. Avalon had the specific experience in repairing foundations that we were looking for. They also moved things in the basement to access the walls they worked on, then moved everything back when they were finished. They cleaned up afterwards both inside and outside.

I had another company reply who gave me a higher quote w/out even using a ladder to inspect the chimney, flashing, etc. James worked with my condo association to get the necessary paperwork and took pictures of the issues upon request. These guys did an awesome job. Showed up when they said they would, completed the chimney demo job, and cleaned up the site. I enjoyed working with James to spec/cost the job as I wanted it done! Looking forward to the next job with them to repair our retaining wall and add stone steps.

James is a great communicator which makes him a good contracting partner. This was a large job and I am absolutely satisfied. The only reason for the four and a half rather than five stars was because I was left with a lot of cleanup after they were finished.
