Once he receives his final payment he never follows up.

Chris and another person with him, arrived before the scheduled time and inspected the chimney. They went on roof and scared us by shaking the chimney and saying it is loose and going to fall with strong wind. They said they see a big hole where chimney and roof meets and said it is causing the water to enter. They said they will put lead flashing to fix the leak, and put rebar so that chimney doesnot rock. They said they will repair the damper, clean the chimney and put chimney cap. They asked all the money in cash and wanted to keep it off the books. These two guys worked for some hours on rooftop with chimney and then they came inside to fix the damper. They didnot fix it and just said it is jammed and it will break if they do. We were disappointed. I asked them about cleaning the chimney and fireplace, they said what is there to clean in that, it is just ash. They didnot do. And they took us outside and showed a shiny flashy thing on roof top saying it is lead flashing. I had no idea what lead flashing looked like. So I asked with this now there will not be any leak and rocking right? They said yes your chimney is now good for another 50 years and no water will come inside. They still took the full amount in cash and went away. They had no shame for not doing the work they promised. I had to call them again to get the warranty they had promised. So this guy Chris, emailed me saying 10 year waranty. Our neighbour and realtor told us that shiny thing is not lead flashing. So they fooled us. Now a week later storm came, chimney cap blew away. Water started to pour inside the house through chimney. We called them asking what did you fix when the water is still coming in and chimney cap blew away too. Chris started shouting back at us. We were suprised that how come this guy did such a poor job and still have guts to shout back at us. We just wanted them to come and fix it, so he agreed and came down after a few days. I asked him do not go on the roof without me being there. He started being rude saying how dare you talk like that to my worker. My wife said the work you guys did is so embarassing. He started talking rudely to her and saying I am going now. I said if that is the case, show me you contractor's license and insurance. He again started speaking rudely and was not willing to. So I had to call police. They said to police they will come next day and fix the problem. Next day, when we were not home they got on our roof and did something. When we got back we just saw that ladder is there and cap they put it back on top. I did not want to engage with that nasty guy. Now our chimney leaks even more and water is coming down to basement too. They damaged it instead of fixing. I will not even recommend them to any enemy. These guys should be put behind bars for doing fraud by not putting lead flashing, lying to us, damaging property and working without us being at home. I will never recommend them.

This company explained everything and even show you what you can't see in a video of your needed repairs.

They had repaired my chimney, cleaned it and installed a new cap.
