"Bob Phalan has done many projects for me over the past four years. Some have been very small and straightforward (replacing weatherstripping, hanging pictures, fixing light fixtures, etc.). Others have been large (painting an entire condo, for example.). But what really distinguishes Bob's work from that of others is his ability to apply his ingenuity when a solution is not obvious. For example, he had to figure out how to construct enhancements to the exterior of my home to prevent insect penetration and nesting of birds in circumstances where there was no "off the shelf" solution available and his original creations have been quite successful. In addition, he is a pleasure to work with. He is definitely my "go-to" guy for all sorts of handyman work."

"Derrick has been a godsend as I prepared my new home for occupancy. He replaced the shelving and rods in all of the closets, repaired a wall, repaired cabinet doors, installed new bifold doors, installed new door sweeps on exterior doors, repaired an LED light fixture and installed a recessed medicine cabinet. He is responsive and shows up when he says he will. He is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of home ownership - inside and out. Highly recommended!"

He has done jobs for the last six years for me and I will continue to use him forever! Dependable, honest, fair pricing, just an overall amazing guy! I recommend him 10/10."

"Ken is a great guy. I already diagnosed the issue before calling him, so he gave me the quote over the call and his prices were great. He brought the part and installed very next day. "Taylor uncovered the problem with my central air in a fairly short time. A previous Heating contractor disconnected the a/c wiring when they installed a new heating system. That contractor didn't handle a/c......so wasn't concerned about that system even though I had called and told him about the a/c not working."

"There's no category for Cabinet repair, which is what was done. It went well. He pointed out less than quality work by the initial installers. He show me what to do if other cabinets also have the same problem."
