"Bertie was extremely responsive from the initial contact and through out the job. He came on Saturday morning to check out the job and give an estimate. He said he'd be there at 9, he was there at 8:55. We had to replace a bathroom ceiling fan, which caused damage to the old plaster/wire popcorn finish ceiling. It was a small job but he was fine with that. He was able to schedule the for Monday. He should up again early and set straight to work. He put down drop cloths in the bathroom, prepped the ceiling and started patching it up. He was professional, courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and hope to use him again soon for another larger project.

"Metro West Mini Splits recently installed 6 mini splits in February 2025 to our new home in Marlborough, MA. Alan, Jamie, and their team were so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, timely, communicative, and easy to work with. We could not be happier with the final product! Metro West Mini Splits was also very reasonably priced, and they made the Mass Save rebate process a breeze. 100% would recommend to anyone needing heating or cooling services!"
