Called Welter at 9:00. I had 3 inches of water in my basement. He came right over waded in my water, replaced my sump pump. He waited until the water went down to make sure the pump was Positioned correctly. He was professional and very friendly.

From start to finish it went outstanding. From the first phone call to the final handshake. Welter was extremely responsive, kept me up to date on the schedule and times. He was able to squeeze me in during the holidays which I am overly thankful for. He was on time, took his time to assess the location, piping, etc. Turns out the store we bought the range from sold us the wrong connection kit. Welter immediately found the right parts and provided a reasonable quote in under a half hour. Welter returned and took his time to make sure the new range was installed properly, had a good fit, and was completely level. This was no easy feat given our uneven old flooring. He also took the time to ensure all the burners/bake/broil was functioning properly. You can tell he takes pride in what he is doing and wants to make sure it all looks right and is safe. He also recommended some future work based on updated codes, but he was not pushy at all and did not try to up sell us. Something I cannot say with confidence for other local plumbers in our area. I highly recommend Welter if you need anything plumbing related.

Welter is very professional. He returns a call, give a call right before coming for work, explains the steps during the work and quoted the price prior to starting work. I had a slow leaking ceiling for weeks, and was unsure what the cause was. He diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the work in an hour on the same day. I highly recommend him.

Welter was amazing. Very communicative, responsive, got us on his schedule at the earliest convenience, kept us updated when a delay held him up for an hour or so. He coordinated with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement under warranty, quickly assessed the situation on site, and had to work done way faster than we though possible, and the quality of his worked shows. He walked us through what he’d done, and gave us tips to maximize the lifespan of our new water heater. The best plumber we’ve ever had, and he’ll have our business going forward!

Welter was amazingly responsive and was able to squeeze me into his schedule today. He was running late, but kept me informed of his delay. Considering I called a few hours before, the delay was not an issue at all and I was happy he could even stop by. He was able to assess the problem quickly and fix the leaky connection. I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues, but if I do I would call Welter again.

Company is awesome. Contacted me right away and showed up as scheduled. Installation was perfect and technician took the time to help me set up the app. Definitely would recommend. I have already asked them to quote another job!

I have known the owner, Welter Rasmussen, for many years. He has provided extensive plumbing services for my family many times as well. I find him and his employees to be courteous, prompt, and professional. My husband is a builder and he works with Welter on a frequent basis. We were just commenting the other day that when troubleshooting issues during construction, Welter is top notch!
