Expert sealing of the old chimney exhaust, gas line cut-off, condensate pump setup and testing, everything. And on top of that, replaced an unrelated failing laundry spigot I've been worried about since moving in. I cannot say enough good things about how seamless and simple project sizing and scheduling was with him; especially when compared to the plumbers we've worked with in the past. Prices were more than fair. Work well executed. Work site left clean. Payment simple. Just the necessities in sizing and estimating, no back and forth with a back office. "I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! "On a Saturday while trying to fix a leak in my toilet, i stupidly cracked the tank. The toilet was old enough that I would need to fully replace the toilet. I reached out to Marcin not expecting to hear from him until Monday. Marcin emailed me back on a Sunday asking for questions and photos so he could scope the job. Because we were without a main toilet, Marcin moved his schedule around to come to our house on Monday! He walked me through which toilet specs i should buy, and I ran out and got a toilet, and him and his assistant came over, and had the remaining parts on hand to finish the job quickly! Marcin and his assistant were also very courteous and were wearing masks the entire time they were in my house. I would not hesitate to reach out to Precision Plumbing for my next plumbing job and/or emergency"
