Palmer Plumbing has become our plumber of choice. After experiencing high prices, poor quality work and limited knowledge plumbers, we retained Palmer Plumbing based on a referral. Truly a family owned business treating customers as family. Palmer Plumbing provided a written free estimate based on an on-site inspection of the work. The hourly rate was extremely competitive with other plumbing companies. We were installing countertops and decided to use Palmer Plumbing to reconfigure piping and reconnect piping for two sinks. They squeezed us onto their tight schedule, were punctual, exhibited no nonsense working demeanor, protected the wood floors, respectful and left a clean environment. Thank you Joy and Jack for your efforts to support our situation.

Very smooth. This is the fifth time we have used the firm. They have excellent mechanics, very neat workers and will do everything from fixing a leaky kitchen faucet to new water/sewer/gas lines etc. for either new construction or renovation work.
