I reached out to Marcin not expecting to hear from him until Monday. Marcin emailed me back on a Sunday asking for questions and photos so he could scope the job. Because we were without a main toilet, Marcin moved his schedule around to come to our house on Monday! He walked me through which toilet specs i should buy, and I ran out and got a toilet, and him and his assistant came over, and had the remaining parts on hand to finish the job quickly! Marcin and his assistant were also very courteous and were wearing masks the entire time they were in my house.
