Everything went great. My water heater broke on Friday night. I put out a few messages for plumbers on Angie's List, and Shimon got back to me right away. I heard back from some other plumbers as well, but Shimon was able to do it the soonest and at the best price. Couldn't ask for more. He arrived at 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning and replaced the water heater, hauling the old one away. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend! I will use again when I need any plumbing services.

We have used Aviksis several times and have always been pleased with the work.

He was prompt, responsive, cleaned up all around the job. He came in person to give an estimate which others are not always willing to do for a small job and the project was on budget. We thought we needed to replace one of the toilets but he fixed the old one instead. We would definitely hire him again.

Fantastic. First, Shimon came first thing in the morning during the blizzard, which in and of itself is above and beyond great service! Upon removal of the shower panel to access the control valves and shower head, Shimon found that the replacement part we had was for a newer model (and we weren't likely to find the old part). He creatively found a solution to put on the new piece, and was able to fix our leak AND prevent us from having to completely replace our shower panel. Shimon is responsive, punctual, and also just a really nice guy. We highly recommend him and are glad to have found our plumber.

Shimone was very responsive and professional. Had a reoccurring faucet leak that he addressed but it was really a manufacturer's defect. He provided useful suggestions to deal with the manufacturer based on his experience. Ultimately, we got frustrated with the manufacturer (not Shimone) and bought a new faucet which he installed well. Overall, very happy with Shimone and would recommend him to others.

Aviksis was amazing. He picked up as soon as I called him and scheduled an estimate assessment within 2 days. He provided an estimate immediately and it was over 500$ cheaper than at least one another estimate. He completed the job two days later. He was punctual, responsive at all times, professional and considerate. The work was excellent and completed in less than half a day. Essentially this was all done (from phone call to finish) within less than a week whereas other plumbers took longer to just get back to us regarding an estimate and one just kept pushing back his availability over the course of weeks. We are so thankful that we found Aviksis and we will definitely choose Aviksis again.

Aviksis Plumbing is absolutely the BEST! I called them after starting with another plumber who started the job and then went AWOL once the work required breaking into the ceiling. Mr. Aviksis fit me in quickly to assess the issue and then came back to fix the problem. He ultimately had to return a couple of times in order to fix the pipe. Despite this, he stood by the initial price quoted even when I enquired about paying him more. I was highly impressed and will be using Aviksis from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Great. No problems since his work was done. He didn't mind me pestering him with questions. We commiserated about pedestal sinks. He was considerate about messes & dirty shoes, etc. The invoice was within the verbal estimate.

Shimon promptly responded to my initial call, advised me to contact the water heater company to secure the correct part for repair, and quoted me a price for labor. He was flexible in willingness to install the new part as soon as it arrived via FedEx. He arrived promptly at the time he had set up and once he realized the job was easier than he originally thought, he modified his fee to approximately 50% of his original quote. All around, great service and professionalism and I would definitely contact him again in the future.
