555 Bay State Pump called me in response to an online service request. During the call, the Bay State Pump representative diagnosed the problem - a simple switch reset. Didn't cost me a penny, and my pump was working again. Next time I have a problem that needs service, they will get my business.

It went well. Working with Curt was great. A little less than a year after the completion, the sum pump stopped working. Curt came out to replace it immediately. Overall, they did great work. My only suggestion and this is not specific to this company but for all contract work is to not pay...
