I would highly recommend just calling them to book your appointment (the online chat is not as helpful). But otherwise super easy to book an appointment. They gave me a call about an hour before the tech was supposed to arrive and he arrived within the expected time. I had Nick as a technician. He was extremely cordial and I appreciated how he brought shoe covers (for when he had to walk around inside my home). I also really appreciated all the information he provided after the service was completed. They installed a $44.00 part form Home Depo in less than 30 min and charged $645.00! When I asked how much it was for the part and how much for labor, he refused to itemize the bill. He asked me questions about where I worked before writing the bill. He said I was paying for his truck being filled with parts. I am not paying for him to be in business. I am disputing the charges."
