RH West Plumbing & Heating

Bob from RH West is my go to plumber for anything from small repairs to big projects like water heater replacements! He's fast, reliable, reasonably priced. I found him a few years ago and haven't used anyone else since.

Bob and his crew were great to work with. This is the 3rd time I've hired them to work in my home. He was able to reschedule his time to come 2 days earlier than planned when the hot water heater started leaking more. They were careful, courteous and very clean with the work they performed as always. I would highly recommend and would definitely call again for any my plumbing needs!

Bob is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He came out to our house on short notice when we attempted to switch out our kitchen faucet and failed. He took care of everything quickly and didn't make us feel terrible about our botched attempt at home improvement. Great guy -- would recommend highly and we'll be calling him again.

Experience was great. Company provided good expectations for when they could do the work, came at the agreed upon time, inspected and fixed both issues in less than an hour at a reasonable price for the house call and parts needed.

Great. Considering we were an add on, and he had to leave to get parts and come back, and spent about two hours on the project--the total was $380, which I thought was very reasonable. We had talked about ordering parts from delta which might have made it less expensive (in parts), but would have added to the length of project completion. In the end, we opted for speed. This consisted of a new rough in, and at our option a new trim/finish kit)-- I think the rough in and trim kit was prob retail $160 for me if I had to buy myself if I had to buy it myself. So overall--avery good price. Bob was pleasant to talk with, and picked up after himself. I have already recomended to others.

Bob was responsive on a Saturday (called back within 30 minutes, and got here about 60 minutes after that), and did a great job when he got here. We will hire him again in the future for plumbing work.

Bob and his team were excellent. Called several plumbers and he was the only one willing to come out next day. Bob came out inspected the issue and never once'd asked about money up front. Gave us a bunch of tips and even helped us prepare for the piping. Bob came back the new day and installed about 15 ft of piping. Couldn't of been more responsive and professional. Great. Showed on time and was very efficient. I had misdiagnosed the problem as a bad pressure tank, which would have been a much more expansive fix. They could have done a lot of unnecessary work but instead did some straightforward, honest work that saved me money. Will definitely use again.

It went very well.

The installation went well & on time.  I had an issue with the rebate of the Heat Pump Water Heater.  When the service was performed, the rebate center was in Texas, which is where I submitted the paperwork.  But the rebate center changed locations at the end of December and the new rebate center (now in Massachusetts) didn't have the needed paperwork.  To resubmit the paperwork requires a copy of the invoice and despite several phone calls and several emails, I've received no response. I'm out the $400 rebate. Any kind of response would have been expected....even a "sorry Joe I don't have it anymore". 

The owner, Bob, was kind enough to tit me in his tight schedule to fix a leaky water pipe in the basement.  He was quick and efficient and repaired the leak in about 30 min.  The price was fair for the work performed and the repair was done correctly.
 I'll definitely use him or one of his guys again in the future.

I called on a Monday afternoon. They called back on Tuesday morning. We arranged for the work to be done on Thursday morning. They turned up on time, did the work quickly, efficiently and accurately, and did not make a mess in the kitchen. They charged a very fair price. I will use them again in the event of further work needed.

Rob was excellent. He and his crew are easy to work with and they go above and beyond to make sure you understand the work they are performing. Rob shows up when he says he will and is easy to get a hold of when needed. He charges a very fair price and is just a great  guy to work with.. We appreciated all that he has done for us in our new house.

The guys where great they did a great job!! Very professional. My hot water heater started to leak all over my basement floor on the coldest day of the winter.
