They have broken the running system by connecting his diagnosis tool wrongly and there was spark came out after his connection and the whole system got blown away. He was highly irresponsible and did not take any action for his fault.

I am only giving them two stars because the technicians were always friendly and they did eventually get our heat to turn on. HOWEVER do not book this company if you have complicated work. They installed a new control panel for our oil burning furnace and it was not installed properly. They came back to our house multiple times over 6 weeks because of initial work not being done correctly (guy who installed it was on the phone with his supervisor entire time has no idea what he was doing). We realized the thermostat to our basement heat is now turning on our bedroom located on the second floor. Clearly there is a wiring issue with the item they installed and they are refusing to fix the problem. They told us to hire an electrician after we paid them 1500 dollars. They want us to pay someone more money to fix a problem they created. The supervisor thinks the heat is working so it is fine. Also they had to send someone 4 separate times to get it to this point of working.

Needed annual maintenance service for oil heating system. They quoted $200. A guy arrived pretty much on time (15 minutes late, which is fine). Did a nice job wiping the surface of the boiler. Didn't do anything that annual maintenance of oil heating systems should've included, he didn't : 1. Replace the oil filter 2. Inspect and clean the oil burner 3. Check and clean the flue pipe 4. Inspect the oil tank.. What the guy did do, he hard-locked the system and didn't know how to fix it... took him 3 hours of phone calls to figure out what he broke, ended up priming the system which seems to have resolved the issue. When asked to do what was required, the guy said that they don't do this kind of stuff... Charged me $200 and left. I contacted the owner telling him what was done or rather hasn't been done, his exact reply was: "...The tune-up service does not cover those items unless we're informed prior to the appointment. To include them, there will be an additional charge." Not recommended....

I reached out to this company on Thursday to schedule a plumbing repair, and they informed me that the earliest available appointment was Saturday at 2:30 PM. I agreed to that time and organized my day around it. On Saturday morning, they offered an earlier slot at 10 AM due to a cancellation, but I confirmed that the 2:30 PM time was best. When 2:30 PM arrived, they informed me they didn't have the necessary parts and wouldn't be able to complete the job until Monday. Despite having several days to prepare, they failed to get the parts in advance. Then, on Monday, they completely ghosted my landlord. He made multiple attempts to contact them, but they did not respond. To make matters worse, my landlords had already spent over $200 for them to remove a part, which did not fix the issue. The same problem returned within a week. From my experience, this seems like the kind of company that temporarily "fixes" things just to charge you again later without resolving the underlying problem, likely to make more money. Their lack of communication, preparation, and professionalism is unacceptable. If you're looking for a company that will reliably fix your issue the first time, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
