"We went back to Mike Bauman to work on our home remodel, he partnered with the architect to think through potential design options that maximized the space and we ultimately settles on a 2 car garage extension with master suite on top. The total remodel included 3 bathrooms, laundry room, 2 car garage, basements and yard/mason work. Like everything during COVID the project was longer than expected but I'm super happy with the quality of they work and their partnership throughout. Thank you!"

"Joe and Silmac were hired to do a complete gut and renovation of my master bath to something sleek and modern that my designer and I had put together. I got the recommendation for Joe from a friend who did two bathroom renos with him and the work was beautiful. This bathroom scale was much larger and the quality of the work was top notch. Joe is a perfectionist and it shows, he wants it done perfectly and for you to be happy. I even tacked on adding a wall and enclosing my office space part way through the bathroom and Joe executed that with speed and helped me to make some fast decisions. Joe is responsible obtaining all the necessary permits and inspections and hires quality people. The final product of the bathroom is just what I dreamed. The only major snag we encountered was the shower glass supplier (who was not Joes usual supplier) encountered some delays in the delivery and it impacted timing for the final completion of the project. I’d recommend Silmac again wholeheartedly!"

"We had some unique design challenges, and WR Builders offered creative solutions that we hadn’t considered. Their expertise made a significant difference!"

"As a testament to how happy we were with our first renovation provided by the Curtice Group in 2021, which provided completely new kitchen/dining/mudroom/bath, we hired Scott and his team again in 2024-25 for another major renovation. This job was composed of 3 main parts: a gut remodel of our main bathroom, renovation of a large attic space (about 700 sq ft), and whole-home conversion from steam radiators (gas) to heat pumps including removal of all radiators and a chimney. The bathroom now is attractive and more functional, the attic adds a large amount of useful space as an office/kid room/guest area, and central air makes a more comfortable climate. I’m a big fan of the design/build concept, because you really don’t want to separate those two elements into different contractors, and if you find a talented company, they can handle all aspects of the job fluidly. Scott Curtice has a real knack for design, he is attentive and cares about details, and he will perform carpentry and touch-up work as needed. Moreover, he handled all the project coordination so that we could do the jobs that we do well, which do not include home renovation."

"I would like to thank, and highly recommend Jason and the
Mason-Sky team for the outstanding work performed on my home. Jason was the
consummate professional, accurate in his initial assessment of the scope and
cost. In addition, his design ideas enhanced our original plans. The attention
to detail, and the quality of the work, proved that old style craftsmanship and
pride are still alive and applied on every job done by Mason-Sky."

"Eric and co are the best - attentive, listen, give their professional advice, and just do a great job. The project went really well - repaired water and bug damage and fixed what was originally done in a not so great manner. Our third successful project w/ Eric and team. Very pleased"

"Careful, attractive, well-designed construction; conscientious service; reasonably priced."

"Firstly I choose Jeff because of his outstanding reviews and very reasonable quote. I was not disappointed. Jeff and his team did an excellent job on a challenging bathroom addition. It basically consisted of transforming a storage space under the roof with inadequate head hight into a full bathroom. Jeff worked closely with me on the design giving good practical suggestions and was extremely professional in the construction. This included getting a structural engineer to verify roof loads after installing a huge skylight that provided necessary head height. He also had the great idea to change the design to include a bath in a very tight space after work had begun. Jeff was outstanding in his communication and flexibility to change the project design once under construction. Everyone on his team was excellent ranging from carpenters, plumbing, electrical, painting etc.. and Jeff was great at coordinating them all. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him!"

"Great! It was so easy to make decisions about carpet, upholstery, and windows because Tess picked out items I loved and that complemented the rest of the first floor. I really appreciated that she set reasonable deadlines and met them. And her design sense is superb."

"Very organized. We'll planned and completed on time."
