Minor carpentry (above and beyond expectations), thorough power-washing, scraping, priming (oil) and top coating (Sherwin Williams Duration latex), and meticulous clean-up. Both parts of the ambitious two-part project (front of the barn (rustic red) & street-facing side of the house (extreme white) + painting and hanging 13 solid wood shutters-satin black); driveway-facing side of the house that required covering many windows) + painting the front door were completed in just four days. As an unexpected but highly welcome bonus, Tony had Nelci and Milton paint the front porch decking. I solicited quotes from five contractors and my wife and I are more than delighted with the flawless result. "Excellent! Zuck painting has the most insanely fast and talented crew of painters. Everything was started and completed on the most rapid schedule I have ever seen. They said: "Your entire House will be done in three weeks" and I thought it was a joke, and they were completely done in 2.5 weeks. For context, we have a 3-story victorian wedding cake style house with lots of water damage, wood rot, and complex decorative molding. Everything was scraped down sealed and replaced within week 1, and by week two they were priming and painting. 13/10 amazing service for an unbelievable price."
