"Our house was in desperate need of exterior paint, and the shingles were in bad shape. We got a lot of estimates, but Brian seemed the most knowledgeable and the most reasonable in terms of cost. He and his crew were very professional and, even better, very responsive to our texts and phone calls (something that is unusual in any contractor). This is the first time we've had to have a house painted, and naturally we had a lot of questions. Brian was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions and offered us aesthetic advice as well, that always ended up being the right thing to do! He even helped us pick out the right stain for our stairs, by buying samples himself and painting examples on different steps. He was also very accommodating when we added a few things to the initial job (replacing a broken window pane, painting/staining our back deck) or changed our minds about other things. The condition of our house and unpredictable weather made the job take longer than expected, but the crew head, Alex, took the time to do everything right. We have found very few contractors that are so flexible and willing to work with the client to get the job done right.
