"We hired Prime Construction to update our outdoor space, including placing new stepping stones, redoing the pavers, and rebuilding the stairs leading to our pool area. Nick and Mike were professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail throughout the project. The stepping stones were placed evenly and with care, blending perfectly into the landscape. The pavers now look clean, level, and well-aligned, greatly improving the look and safety of the area. The rebuilt stairs are sturdy and beautifully finished, making the walk to the pool much more enjoyable. I called him at 6pm when I realized that my old water tank had let go and he was able to give me a quote and scheduled the work for the next day. By 2pm the next day I had hot water again! "The 1964 bulkhead I had out back was replaced a year ago, but the wood and insulation underneath (the ceiling of the walkway underground to my basement under the back living room) took in water damage and the area was very musty for years. Tom Morneault of Morneault Environmental was the only guy I could find that would not only treat the wood to remove anything growing on it/get rid of the smell, but his team also removed old wood and insulation and re-insulated for me as part of the deal, which was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other companies I talked to, which would only remove the old wood and insulation, they don't put anything back in. Tom's team was here by 8:30 this morning and by 2pm they were done and it looks fantastic and smells crisp and clean. They didn't even stop for breaks or have to make any trips to get supplies, they had them all in the van, including the insulation boards. Very highly recommended if anyone is in the same situation."
