"I had some minor carpentry work done along with the exterior of my house (including trim, gutters and downspouts, shutters and garage door) and an inside wall in my house that needed to be muddied, primed and then painted. The exterior included power washing the house and caulking every area that needed caulking and that was extensive. I can only repeat all the 5 star reviews and if I could give Ozy and his crew more stars I would. When I called to have Ozy come to my house for an estimate he showed up exactly on time the date that we set (something I've found doesn't happen on too many occassions!), sent me an estimate exactly on the date he said he would (which again doesn't always happen) and his price was extremely fair and I hired him. He and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job and like Gregory said, went beyond our expectations. Ozy has a great eye for detail and doing things that I didn't see that needed to be done but did. Our house was done in 3 days and each day they left the house one would never know workman had been there. He also helped my boyfriend install a curtain rod that my boyfriend couldn't have done on his own, at no extra charge even though it took almost another hour of his and his associates time. "Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us. "These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered.
