"Bob Griffin is a true professional. A list of projects he completed on my home follows . Note that I was "5-Star" impressed with his work in every area. - Soft wash of roof, exterior siding, and patio - Apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching stain to home exterior - finish all fixtures (hinges, handles, and all fixtures) - Caulk and / or putty all areas exposed ( cracks, splits, etc..) - He was hired to "soft" power wash my home and then apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching oil to the 7 year old cedar shingles. Bob showed up. on time, worked a full day, and kept me informed of all progress. The "soft" power wash left the roof and exterior of the home in beautiful condition. He also added a soft wash of the back patio; again, it came out beautiful and was a task he threw in no-charge. He applied caulk and wood putty as required to protect any cracks or gaps in the surface. He then went on to refinish all the black hinges, handles and fixtures. These details really made a difference. I was so impressed with all of the above that I asked Bob to return to paint the cellar. Once again, Bob sought the right paint and primer for the job and covered the walls and floor of this old cellar in record time. We can not get over the improvement to the home while under Bob's control. Finally, I was always so impressed with Bob's initiative. He helped declutter the cellar before starting the paint without so much as a word. His pricing is more than fair in every way. He is a very nice man and I am happy to have met him. He strives to exceed every customer's needs. He is something special and earns 5 stars in every area."

"Our house was in desperate need of exterior paint, and the shingles were in bad shape. We got a lot of estimates, but Brian seemed the most knowledgeable and the most reasonable in terms of cost. He and his crew were very professional and, even better, very responsive to our texts and phone calls (something that is unusual in any contractor). This is the first time we've had to have a house painted, and naturally we had a lot of questions. Brian was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions and offered us aesthetic advice as well, that always ended up being the right thing to do! He even helped us pick out the right stain for our stairs, by buying samples himself and painting examples on different steps. He was also very accommodating when we added a few things to the initial job (replacing a broken window pane, painting/staining our back deck) or changed our minds about other things. The condition of our house and unpredictable weather made the job take longer than expected, but the crew head, Alex, took the time to do everything right. When we had concerns, Brian always addressed them immediately, and those that he couldn't address right away due to weather or other circumstances, he promised to address at a later date. "Hired DaCosta Painting to paint my family room and sunroom. Sunroom has 5 casement windows and a slider that was previously stained that I wanted painted. Also had some cracks in the walls and a section where the plaster was cracked from water damage. They came in and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. They repaired all of the cracks, painted the ceiling, walls, and trim and did a great job. Owner was very responsive and gave us his suggestions on color and finish. They are going to quote to paint the front of my house this spring. I would definitely hire them again."

"Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us. "Ageu and his team did an amazing job. They came out for a quote early in the summer, and provided a reasonable estimate. Carpenters repaired some rotted trim on my old house, and then within a week, the entire house was scraped and sanded, powerwashed, primed, and painted, including two tones on the trim work. It looks phenomenal! They even powerwashed my deck for me!"
