He carefully surveyed the area to ensure each cut would allow the tree to fall precisely where intended, which was especially important given the small size of my yard. "Bernie was very knowledgeable and informative. They guys that came and took down the tree were polite, efficient, neat and considerate of neighbors. The only glitch in the whole process was with setting up the appointment for the estimate. We had differences on the date of the initial appointment. It was rescheduled and then had to be rescheduled again on a day I wasn't going to be here. That said, it was done and I was given the information I needed."

"The contractors did a great job! The came on time, were very polite, and really listened to what we needed to have done. They removed several overgrown bushes, trimmed other bushes, and removed a VERY large stump. They spent a long time trimming a crabapple tree in the front yard and consulted us while they worked to make sure we were happy!"
